Rising Within
A Daily Practice of Christian Meditation
We believe meditation is essential to leading a Christian life.
Meditative practice brings us into a state of gentle, expansive awareness of our body, mind, and spirit, and of our union with God. Meditating regularly and consistently centers us in the Divine Life, allowing ourselves to let go of the chains that bind us and settle into the freedom and joy of living in the Spirit.
We believe the program we offer here will help you create a regular meditation practice whereby you become more fully the image and likeness of God.
