Summary:

• Our body is the way we live, move and experience God in this world. Spirituality is an embodied reality.
• But many of us have tried or been taught to try to find God in the mind or even to be ashamed of the body.
• Many of us have been taught that to find God you must go to Church, Temple, Synagogue - that is to go outside of yourself.
• In I Corinthians, however, we read that God’s temple is you, your whole being, including your body.
